Update: Given that these go-karts are less than a year old, the company kindly sent us four new anti-skid strips. Although they were shipped from China and took some time to arrive, the company eventually resolved the issue. However, please note that these go-karts do not come with individual replacement parts. This means the go-karts can run even without the anti-skid strips. We are very grateful for the company’s service. We bought these two go-karts for our grandchildren less than a year ago. After receiving and assembling them last year, we discovered that one of the chargers (brand new) was not working. The seller responded quickly and sent a replacement charger. However, recently, with the weather warming up, the children started playing with the go-karts again. The rubber anti-skid strip on one of the go-karts tore off. The anti-skid strip on the other go-kart also kept falling off. After contacting the seller, we learned that they do not sell tires (or rather, rubber anti-skid strips) separately, so we would have to buy new go-karts if needed. Poor customer service. The go-karts are less than a year old and have only been used during the months with good weather.
