Walkers Premium Shortbread are baked in the secluded village of Aberlour, Speyside, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. The shortbread is produced to a traditional recipe which has been handed down through generations of the Walker family. The mixing and baking takes that little bit longer to ensure a buttery taste, a soft crumbly texture and a delicious melt in the mouth feel. Each shortbread round proudly features the Scots Thistle, long recognised as the national emblem of Scotland.
