Description
Accademia Rainbow is a collection of 6 bottles of Prosecco DOC Brut inspired by colourful Venetian artistic expressions. The carton includes 6 bottles in the following colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.
The bouquet expresses hints of green apple, white peach, citrus fruits and acacia flowers. On the palate it is light and fresh with a good balance between acidity and sugar, making it elegant and refined.
Accademia Prosecco is best served with fish starters and risotto; it is also an all-around wine which goes particularly well with wild herbs, meat, pizza, cold cuts and cheeses.
