Description
It all began in 1972 when Charlie Wagner Sr., who co-founded Caymus Vineyards, his wife and son, would mix wines to find the perfect glass to pair with their meal. No one blended wines back then, so his experiment was pretty radical!
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of warm honey with notes of delicate wildflower and honeysuckle, layered with apricot. On the palate, hints of pineapple and mandarin blend with apricot and pear enhancing the floral scents.
Pairing Notes:
Pairs well with poultry, shellfish, pasta and pork dishes.
