Description
Whilst this estate is based in Vosne-Romanée, the producer also makes wines from the Nuits St Georges and Gevrey Chambertin Appellations. Owning approximatly 12 hectares the family have transitioned their focus to the export market, after previously being largely focused on the French market. This has enabled the estate to become increasingly well-known and sought after.
This is a blend of two vineyards in Nuits St Georges: Allots and Bas de Combe. The wine has the typically firm structure of Nuits St Georges, with black fruit and spice flavours married with oak, though the prominent fruit character of the 2017 vintage makes this a wine which can be enjoyed immediately.
