The Goldstein family started smoking salmon in 1911 and is arguably one of the oldest established family of salmon curers. Through four generations, Goldstein has developed what they consider to be the finest product on the market today.
Long sliced is a more modern technique used to slice salmon. It involves slicing the fish lengthways, from head to tail.
The traditional mild smoked salmon is renowned for it’s consistent creamy, smoky texture.
