Sweet on the nose with pears and a touch of citrus. Soft and rich on the tongue with pear and peach with sweet citrus underlying everything.

Pairs well with fresh seafood and light pasta and risotto dishes. Plays nice with soft, milder cheeses or light antipasti dishes.
