Description
Passion, tradition and know-how are the key ingredients, which Piccini combine to reach the artful quality of all Piccini wines. The Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes coming from the best sites are picked and fermented separately with an extended maceration. Once having reached the ideal point of ripeness, the grapes are processed separately, at controlled temperature.
The wine has an intense and persistent fruity bouquet, with subtle notes of vanilla coming through. Collezione Oro displays soft tannins; velvety shades which is rich in structure and has a long after taste.
Best served with steak and aged cheeses.
