Care Instructions:
- Dishwasher safe
- Before using for the first time, wash your Trento cast iron cookware by hand with a small amount of mild detergent
- Dry promptly & thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel
- Preheat to ensure even heating, gradually pre-heat the pot on a hob of a similar diameter
- Since cast iron holds heat, it’s not necessary to use a heat setting above medium. This helps prevent food from sticking
- Use silicone, nylon or wooden utensils to stir food
