Tasting Notes:
Rhubarb takes the forefront on the nose with a light touch of black pepper. The palate is surprisingly complex with rhubarb featuring prominently but accompanied by cardamom and sweet orange ending on a long sweet finish.
Suggested Recipe: Rhubarb Fizz
- 35ml Warner’s Rhubarb Gin
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- Prosecco
- Rhubard to garnish
– Add all ingredients apart from prosecco to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously
– Prepare a chilled prosecco flute with a strip of rhubarb (use a speed peeler for a perfect strip) or a twist of lemon and strain in the cocktail mixture
– Top with chilled prosecco and enjoy!
