Description
It all began in 1972 whenCharlie Wagner Sr., who co-founded Caymus Vineyards, his wife and son, would mix wines to find the perfect glass to pair with their meal. No one blended wines back then, so his experiment was pretty radical!
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of fresh strawberries and baked cranberries with layers of dark chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, cherries and blackberry tart combine with notes of spice and blackcurrant, with warm vanilla emerging on the finish.
Pairing Suggestions:
Pairs well with beef, veal, lamb and poultry dishes.
