Description
Part of Spain’s most successful premium wine companies, Bodegas Palacio was founded in 1894 by Don Cosme Palacio. Based in laguardia, Rioja Alavesa, Spain, the winery owns 200 hectares of vineyards. Being in the cooler climate with plenty of rainfall, it brings a distinct freshness and elegance to the wines.
Tasting Notes
A cherry red coloured wine with a velvety mouthfeel, and a freshness from the ripe fruit. A clear, defined nose with fruity notes of the Tempranillo grape combined with aromas of French Oak.
Pairing notes
Pairs well with grilled meat, oily fish and mature cheeses.
